Ulta Beauty Focuses On Diversity & Inclusion For 2021
“Black-ish” star and beauty founder Tracee Ellis Ross has joined Ulta Beauty as their new Diversity and Inclusion Advisor. The partnership comes after the beauty retailer announced a plan to double the number of Black-owned beauty brands available in stores by the end of 2021. Ross founded PATTERN Beauty, a texture-focused haircare line, exclusively with Ulta in 2019.
