Ted Gibson & Jason Backe Launch The Worth-Up Alliance With Beauty Changes Lives November is National Entrepreneurship Month and salon owners Ted Gibson (@tedgibson) and Jason Backe (@jasonbacke) are celebrating by launching the Worth-Up Alliance with Beauty Changes Lives to support beauty’s small business owners.    The Worth-Up Alliance is a movement designed to help salon owners, hairstylists, barbers, estheticians, nail professionals and makeup artists with start-up capital grants, education, business coaching, mentoring and networking through the Beauty Changes Lives nonprofit.
