Patrick Alès, Founder of PHYTO, Passes Away

The Alès family, the members of the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board are deeply saddened to announce the death of Parisian hairdresser and founder of the Alès Group Patrick Alès at the age of 88.   From Catherine Deneuve to Jackie Kennedy, Patrick Alès styled the hair of the most famous icons and was a pioneer in the creation of innovative plant-based hair care products. In 1969, he founded Phytosolba Laboratories, specialized in hair products known as PHYTO, and ten years later expanded its activity to include dermocosmetics with the acquisition of Lierac Laboratories, which he transformed into a world-famous (more…)
