Sam Villa Appoints Dana Schmidtbauer As Vice President, Strategic Marketing Sam Villa has just announced Dana Schmidtbauer as Vice President, Strategic Marketing to lead the brand marketing efforts in introducing groundbreaking programs, innovative new products and stylist-centric services to the beauty industry.   Dana will be part of the senior leadership team reporting to Beth Carson, Co-Founder and President of Sam Villa, and will be chiefly responsible for planning and directing program initiatives to grow the brand and business.
