Jeannetta Walker-Rodgers, Certified Master Colorist and Texture Expert, is Joico’s Global Technical Director Joico has announced #ONESHOT Hair Awards Nominee and traveling educator Jeannetta Walker-Rodgers (@watchmyhairbounce) as their Global Technical Director.
