Henkel Acquires More Pro Beauty Brands

Henkel, owner of Schwarzkopf Professional, Kenra Professional, Alterna Haircare and Sexy Hair, has successfully closed the acquisition of Nattura Laboratorios, S.A. de C.V., headquartered in Guadalajara, Mexico. Nattura manufactures several pro beauty brands, including PRAVANA (USA). The agreement to acquire Nattura and associated companies in the USA, Colombia and Spain was signed on March 8, 2017. With this acquisition, Henkel strengthens its professional hair business and significantly expands its marketing positions in Mexico and the USA.
