Cosway Company, Inc. Acquires ColorProof Color Care Authority

ColorProof announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Cosway Company, Inc. Founded in 2012, ColorProof was developed by serial entrepreneur, former celebrity stylist and author Jim Markham.

Cosway Company is a fully integrated beauty and personal care company based in Carson, Calif. The company has been a key investor behind ColorProof for years and Cosway continues to develop, warehouse and supply ColorProof’s product portfolio.
