Robin Del Toro's (@ms_robinita) “Psychedelic Experience” is what earned her a top spot as a finalist in the Kenra Professional2017 Neon Hair Battle, and after seeing her finished model following a full day of coloring, it's clear she brought her A-game to Hollywood. Here's how she created a total neon metamorphosis.
STEPS
Before
Apply Formula A and process to Level 9. Shampoo and condition, then blow-dry.
Paint Formulas C, D, E and F onto sections, using your fingers to melt between each color
Apply Formula B to the roots.
Let creative color process.
Rinse. Robin touched up the yellow strands with lightener for a brighter look. Rinse, then mix yellow into your conditioner and blow hair dry.
