CHI Artist Anna Cantu is a pro at creating Hollywood glam waves for all her red carpet clients and pageant contestants. And luckily, these voluminous, camera-ready curls translate perfectly to your salon clients. Here’s Anna’s “recipe” for crafting classic, polished waves.
STEPS
Begin by dispensing a small amount of CHI Styling Cream Gel into palms and distribute evenly throughout damp hair.
Using a round brush and DURA CHI dryer, dry the hair until hair is smooth and then create a side part on the preferred side.
Divide hair into four even sections and curl using the DURA CHI 1” Curling Iron.
Set the hair and comb through with a paddle brush to loosen the curls and reveal waves.
Lightly mist CHI Spray Wax on areas where definition and control is desired for a textured look.
Finish the glam look by applying CHI Finishing Pomade to the ends to add polish and light hold.
