Cosmetologists Chicago and America’s Beauty Show have appointed Frank P. Fulco as Chief Executive Officer. The association currently represents over 18,000 salon professionals, including licensed cosmetologists, estheticians and nail technicians, salon owners and cosmetology school owners and student members.
Frank will lead strategic planning for America's Beauty Show and the growth of the International Nail Technicians Association and CIDESCO USA for esthetics professionals.
