Alterna Haircare Announces New General Manager

Alterna Haircare is thrilled to announce the appointment of Raphaël Grange to the position of General Manager, filling the open role of CEO/President. Grange will take on the role beginning July 2016 and will be based out of the New York City Alterna corporate headquarters.   In his new role at the head of the Alterna Haircare leadership team, Grange will strategically lead the development and geographical expansion of the brand, including growing the brand’s existing multi-channel strategy of direct-to-consumer business and growth of the salon professional channel.
