STEPS
Prep: On clean, damp hair, spray Restore Perfecting Spray from roots to ends, Full Root Lift around the crown area and apply a palm-sized amount of Full Thickening Mousse all over.
Start styling using the comb-over, blow-dry technique, keeping the comb and dryer close to the scalp.
Continue drying section-by-section until completely dry.
