STEPS
Create babylights using Formula A. Then, paint in between the babylights with Formula B. Process for 20 minutes.
Rinse, then apply Formula C to the roots only.
Apply Formula D from the midlengths to ends, then comb through with a wide-tooth comb. Process for 3 minutes.
