Add dimension to your autumn coppers and gingers with this halo balayage technique, spotted at #thebtcshow Connection Center in the PHYTO/SUBTIL Studio! Why is it a halo balayage? Because it adds a halo of color, a gorgeous glow! Here’s how to do it.
SUBTIL Color Formulas
Formula A (roots): BLOND Lightener Powder + 20-volume OXYDANT + XRESCUE no. 1 Bond Rescuer
Formula B (ends): BLOND Bleaching Paste + 20-volume OXYDANT + XRESCUE no. 1 Bond Rescuer
- To create the halo glow, take three horizontal slices on each side of the head. At the crown, working off of her natural part, take three slices on a pivot point on each side.
- At the hairline, switch to foilayage and keep the foil nice and tight at the root to ensure the color here is super precise.
- Use the SUBTIL XRESCUE system to protect the hair during lightening.
