Hailee Steinfeld stepped onto the 2026 Golden Globe Awards red carpet, debuting the timeless, Old Hollywood–inspired waves. The look was created by Celebrity Hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimons (@andrewfitzsimons), whose client roster includes Kris Jenner, Jennifer Lopez, Demi Moore, Madonna and more. “The film ‘Sinners’ is set in 1932, when hair was typically very flat, short and worn close to the head. I love the deep waves of the 1930s, but they were usually quite controlled and minimal,” Andrew says. “Hailee’s dress is so beautiful—very chic but also sexy—so I wanted to reference a 1930s wave while loosening it slightly. We kept it close to the head, but made it more relaxed with a deep side part.”
