STEPS
Britni prior to the cut.
At the front hairline, take a diagonal back section through to the mid ear.
Take a central vertical section, comb to 90° and point cut, rounding with the head shape.
Continue with vertical sections and over direct to the center guide.
Repeat on the opposite side.
Create a zigzag halo section.
Using the guide to length created by the face frame. Comb the hair at the sides to 90° and block layer with point cutting.
Repeat this technique around the entire head shape.
To establish the perimeter, comb the lengths to natural fall, elevate to 45° and slice to create a soft textured edge.
Across the top of the head take horizontal sections.
Using the guide from the underneath, comb to 90°, and point cut round.
With the next section, alternate the technique by using deep C–curvature slicing.
Repeat alternating the technique, until all remaining sections have been cut.
Use a diffuser on high heat and low speed to dry.
Detail the shape with deep slicing.
