Lowlights: 4/0 (level 4 natural) with 1.9% developer
Highlights: Blondor Powder with 1.9% developer
Toner: 9/16 (level 9 ash violet) with 1.9% developer
Note: 1.9% developer is approximately 6-volume1. Apply Koleston Perfect 8/93 to base outside of partings.
Outline highlight (which in this case is now a lowlight) with Color Touch 4/0.
Apply heart shape area with Blondor 1.9%
Apply 8/93 to the interior of the crescent shape, using the remaining 8.93 from Coloring Step 1.
