STEPS

   Create face-framing highlights by applying Formula A, then process until she lifts to the desired level of lightness.

   Rinse and shampoo with L'Oréal LUO Post-Color Shampoo, then towel-dry or rough-dry the hair.

   Apply Formula B on the highlighted hair and process for up to 30 minutes, then rinse.

   On towel-dried hair, apply 4 to 8 pumps of L'Oréal Smartbond Step 2 Pre Shampoo from the regrowth to the ends. Process for 10 minutes, then rinse the hair thoroughly. If you want to do a treatment, Matthew recommends using L'Oréal Serie Expert Powermix Color.
