STEPS
Apply a small amount of Glitterati Shine & Define Balm from mid-shaft to the ends of the hair.
Section hair from lobe and base balance points to create three rainbow-shaped sections.
Take three elastic bands and combine them to make one triple band.
Using elastic bands, connect two double bands to make three equal ponytails with tight elastic in between and continue into the nape.
Pull the middle and ends of the hair under the bands to secure and make "bow-like" shapes.
Continue to do this will all three pony sections.
Cover the pony base using a small amount of the ponytail hair and wrap around the base.
Smooth down any stray hairs and complete the style with Glitterati Shimmer Spray.
