Alexander’s makeovers are so dramatic (and so good), they’ve earned him four #ONESHOT nominations, including two for Transformation Shot of the Year! Here’s how he took his mousy brunette client to a pastel bombshell!

STEPS
Apply Formula A ½-inch from the roots to the ends, and process in open air for 25 minutes.
Then apply Formula A to the roots, resaturate the midlengths and ends and process for 40 minutes, until reaching a pale yellow.
Rinse, and apply Olaplex No.2, processing for 10 minutes. Rinse and dry.
To create the color melt, take diagonal back slices in panels, transitioning from Formula B, to Formula C, to Formula D.
Apply Formula E to all the remaining hair in between. Process for 20 minutes, and carefully rinse with cold water.
Apply Olaplex No.2 for 10 minutes, and style with Oribe Royal Blowout Heat Styling Spray, Supershine Moisturizing Cream and Freestyler Working Hairspray.
