STEPS

The model started as a natural blonde.

The hair was divided into three parts: two sides and the back profile.

Consider the shape of your model’s natural growth at the nape, then start by parting the hair using a zigzag pattern. After teasing the first strand, apply Formula A. Continue with zigzag partings, working up the back profile in a brick-lay pattern, leaving out every other section. This will create the desired contrast. Repeat sectioning and application through the entire back profile.

Use diagonal zigzag partings on the side profiles (still keeping the same application process that was used on the back profile). Then, to brighten around the face, apply the first two sections back-to-back.

To improve your sections and make it easier to remove the product, create braids with the hair that was left out.

Let hair process until desired level is achieved.

When desired level has been reached, massage each strand to start removing the excess product. This will reduce the power of the discoloration.

Rinse after massaging the strands and desired level is achieved.

Apply TRUSS Deluxe Prime to rebuild the hair.

Tone the roots with Formula B and let process for 15 minutes.

Wash with TRUSS Blond Shampoo and rinse, then apply TRUSS Blond Conditioner and rinse.

Apply 1 ampule of TRUSS Hydra Color to even out the pH, then rinse.

Spray TRUSS Amino Work Station to protect the hair, then blow-dry completely. Finally, apply TRUSS Fix Fluid, and create waves with a 3/4-inch curling iron. Release the strands for a natural effect.

Finished look.
