Learned a lot, thank you! I’m not familiar with the swartzkoff numbers, but I think I can figure it out that 1 is ash and 2 is violet.

The three stars has nothing to do with josie, she did an amazing job showing her application and explaining what she was doing. I love that this video was a hands on webinar rather than a slide show !!! I just think the filming and editing were terrible! In one part they set up for an interview while still filming, and when josie is mixing toner off screen you hear whispers of will you help me apply toner .. I loved the hands on and thought josie was great just disappointed BTC published it as is.

Overall I enjoyed the course. I really don't like when the stylist does not introduce their model and when they talk about her, they say HER instead of the name of the girl. Looks a bit unprofessional. Also, the stylist didn't reply on some questions, she was talking a lot but sometimes did not give a direct answer. Other then that I liked watching her technique. Result is very satisfying, but i would love to see the result in few photos – to see the blending of the color at the back, because there were few yellow- orange spots at some places, so i would like to see how it got neutralized and blended. Thank you for the course.

There was no end result shown.

The artist did a great job, however I think the qa with btc should be more prepared it felt acuard at times with odd silence from both. I watched after the video aired so I’m not sure if that’s why but I didn’t like the ending. The video just cuts off and it feels incomplete and I disused the finish result other than the photo used to prompt the class.
