80's Glam Hair How-Tos

STEPS

1. 1
   

   • Prep hair with Redken Extreme Shampoo and Conditioner.
   • On towel-dried hair mist Redken rootful 06 rootlifting spray at the roots and Urban Experiment Velvet Gelatine from mid-shaft to ends.
   • Using a paddle brush, blow dry hair in different directions to create directional volume.
   • Once hair is dry, apply Redken rough clay 20 matte texturizer throughout entire head for a moveable, textured finish.

   • Take above look and back brush entire head with a boar bristle brush.
   • Mist Urban Experiment Wool Shake over hair and defuse dry to create a fluffy, romantic texture.
   • Twist sections of hair and pin to create the perimeter and shape that you want.

   • Prep hair with Redken Body Full Shampoo and Conditioner.
   • On towel-dried hair apply Redken full frame 07 protective volumizing mousse and blow dry with a small round brush for maximum volume.
   • After hair cools down, use a boar bristle brush to give shape then spray Redken workforce 09 flexible volumizing spray for extra hold and shine.

   • Prep hair with Redken All Soft Shampoo and Conditioner.
   • On towel-dried hair apply Redken guts 10 volume spray foam to the roots and work Redken layer lift 07 length elevating spray from mid-shaft to ends.
   • Blow-dry roots up and away from the head with a flat brush, then use a large round brush on the ends for movement.
   • Once dry, take one-inch horizontal sections starting below the round of the head and curl using a root tonging technique, mist each section with Redken iron silk 07 ultra straightening spray.
