Renata’s hair was prepped with moistrepair leave-In conditioner.
A radial parting is placed from ear to ear. Diagonal forward partings are placed below the occipital bone and sectioned away.
A central vertical section is taken from the crown to the occipital bone.
The section is distributed and elevated 90° and cut square.
Vertical sections are continued. Each section is overdirected back to maintain length.
Working through the front, pivoting sections are overdirected back and cut square.
Working through the front, pivoting sections are overdirected back and cut square.
The crown area is over-directed up and the corner weight is removed.
The surface slicing and deep point cutting techniques are used to customize the shape.
