Regal Fishtail Braids From Aveda

For Christian Soriano's A/W 2013 Fashion Week show, Aveda Global Creative Director Antoinette Beenders and her team created regal fishtail braids inspired by the golden age of Russian Opera. “The clothing is rich and opulent, so we designed a sophisticated, feminine look to properly complement it," she says. "From the front, the look has a lovely roundness. The braids at the back evoke refinement and glamour, reminiscent of a Russian girl dressed for an evening at the opera.”
