Before lightening the hair, Devante first used the professional K18REPAIR™ to repair and strengthen.
He then sprayed the K18 Professional Molecular Repair Mist evenly throughout the hair to strengthen and prepare it for chemical processing then let it sit for four minutes before proceeding.
Devante combined Redken Flash Lift 8 Hair Lightener with Pro-Oxide 20-Volume Developer and applied evenly to the whole head. He let process for 30 minutes to achieve a Level 6 dark blonde base.
When the lightening process was over, he rinsed the hair with K18 PEPTIDE PREP™ Detox Shampoo and allowed the hair to air-dry.
