Starting on dry hair, create a deep side part and apply STARRING by Ted Gibson Shooting Star Texture Meringue throughout.
Then, blow-dry the hair using a medium-sized round brush. Because Sandra has naturally wavy hair, Ted applied Shooting Star Texture Meringue again on dry hair to help control frizz, soften the cuticle and add shine to the look.
Using a medium barrel curling iron, curl 1½-inch sections in alternating directions. Pin each section to the base to set and allow the hair to cool.
After the complete curl set has cooled, release the hair and brush throughout the entire head. To create additional volume, backcomb the top section.
