Start with clean, freshly-washed hair. Prep with Redken Satinwear 04 and Redken Iron Shape 11 to protect against hot tools, then blow-dry the hair smooth and create a little volume at the root using a round brush.
Then, create a clean side part.
Take 1-inch sections at the nape and, working your way up the head, curl the hair away from the face using a ½-inch barrel curling iron. Pull on the hair as it cools to create soft bends.
