Three stars is very generous. Hoping to get my money back with this video or a credit applied towards another video. We used this as an in-salon educational video and are disappointed in the lack of technical application. Educator was hard to track with. Did not feel challenged. Took over an hour just to apply toner. Very Disappointed.
