That anyone can do this technique, beginner or advanced. I wish we'd had more thorough explanation of the root shadow and how to apply it though

I loved this lesson.

I really think she way over foiled this look. Also, extremely bothersome that those foils were sitting in her clients face while she foiled the sides. We say work smarter not harder and I feel like she definately worked harder in this foil pattern.

I feel so bad for her. Her technique was awesome just a let down that the most important part that I was waiting for was not shown. Root shadowing and root tapping. Next time maybe an assistant!!

Awesome class, but for detail technique, we had to wait 1 hour 9 minutes. Also, just to tell us about the toner and root blending and stop the class was disappointing. Less needed to be on the foil process and more to the technical toning and root blending style. I learned a few key things but wish for completion of the service.

i feel she could have given more information about shadow roots formulas and the application of those. as well as toning formulas, things to look out for while doing both if you are doing both services at the same time.

Awesome work

Kathy needs to be aware of the camera when doing videos. Also need to explain more of what she is doing during the whole process. It sounded like the women behind the camera taking questions knew Kathy wasn’t saying much or explaining and was helping her get information out while she was doing hair. Overall I did get some good info but would of liked to see what she was doing and not her back.
