Get The Steps

Directly after a blowout, take horizontal sections and curl the hair using a Hot Tools 1 1/4-inch curling iron. Curl each section from root to ends, but leave the ends out.
Continue this pattern, alternating the direction of each wave. Allow to cool, then brush the curls out.
Apply your favorite volumizing powder, finishing spray and use your fingers to break up the waves.
