It’s difficult for us to put into words the feelings we shared here in Washington, D.C. with 3,500 hairdressers. Not only are we leaving with techniques and tips we can immediately use in our salons, we’re also leaving with new friends, strengthened bonds with old friends and a renewed hunger to be the best we can be behind the chair.
