Paul Mitchell Named 2019 Beauty Changes Lives Legacy Honoree

The Beauty Changes Lives Foundation just announced the 2019 Legacy Honoree at a conference during Cosmoprof North America. The foundation will be honoring the late Paul Mitchell with the Legacy Award during the 7th annual Beauty Changes Lives Experience co-hosted by America’s Beauty Show and Pivot Point International.
