Kim has been a hairdresser for almost 17 years and specializes in blondes, and she gave us the deets on this transformation.   “I’ve been doing this client’s hair since September [about six months],” Kim says. “She came to me with very over-processed blonde hair. Our first two sessions were making her strawberry blonde, and our third session, we did a color melt using a demi-permanent ash/neutral color.
