“Encouragement is food for your soul.” These are words Fabio Sementilli, globally-recognized hairdresser, industry icon and Coty Professional Beauty Vice President of Education, lived by. While the industry still mourns his passing, the Beauty Changes Lives Foundation has created a way for hairdressers to honor Fabio and give back to the profession he loved so dearly: the Fabio Sementilli Professional Mentorship Scholarship.   Known for his incredible mentorship and leadership, Fabio changed lives for thousands of hairstylists around the globe.
