When behindthechair.com started #ONESHOT last year, we had a simple goal: To celebrate real hair in a completely transparent way. We wanted an awards program where hairdressers could enter their work, see the work of others and have the chance to vote for their favorite shot—all through Instagram, a platform that has revolutionized the industry.
