Sport Clips Haircuts, the nation's leading destination for a great haircut by licensed professionals who specialize in men's and boys' haircare, is recognizing a remarkable milestone accomplished by more than 100 stylists across the franchise's almost 1,800 locations. These professionals have each achieved more than $1 million in net sales during their tenure with the brand, proving the long-term potential, stability and career opportunities available in the haircare industry.
Collectively, these accomplished stylists have generated well over $100 million in net sales while building lasting trust with thousands of clients and fellow team members at locally owned Sport Clips locations across the country.
The recognition was born of an experience that Sport Clips' Founder and Chairman, Gordon Logan, had last Labor Day weekend:
“I was attending the Darlington (South Carolina) NASCAR races, staying in Florence. While I was having breakfast at the nearby Waffle House, I noticed that one of the cooks was wearing a shirt that read ‘Million-Dollar Club’ and asked the waitress what that meant. She said the cook had prepared a million dollars’ worth of breakfasts. It struck me that many loyal Sport Clips stylists may have generated a million dollars in sales or more, and I looked into the internal data that proved it. They averaged around 16 years in their work with the brand, and we were proud to recognize them as members of the inaugural 'Sport Clips Haircuts Million-Dollar Club.’”
Sandy Palmer is the top among million-dollar stylists and an award-winning Omaha store manager who believes anyone can become a million-dollar stylist. “It starts with showing up every day, delivering an amazing client experience, building relationships, and creating trust with your team members and clients,” Sandy explains.
“I've always believed in the mindset of 'produce to receive.' The more value you create for your clients, the more opportunities you create for yourself. Bigger success, better paychecks, career growth, and financial freedom all come from consistently producing at a high level. My personal drive has always been achieving financial stability in my career so I can provide and care for my family, and that's what continues to motivate me every single day."
In presenting the awards at the 2026 Sport Clips National Huddle, CEO and President Edward Logan noted: “These stylists represent what is possible when talent, training, and commitment come together. Reaching more than one million dollars in career sales reflects years of earning clients' trust, consistently delivering outstanding in-store experiences, and continually growing as professionals.”
