At Sword and Crown, we believe that restoring confidence starts at the root.
We are seeking a compassionate, service-minded Esthetician with a passion for scalp health, hair wellness, and restorative care to join our growing team. Our salon specializes in supporting women experiencing hair loss due to alopecia, cancer treatment, hormonal changes, autoimmune disorders, postpartum shedding, and other hair-loss conditions.
This is more than an esthetics position. It is an opportunity to walk alongside women during some of life’s most vulnerable seasons and help them feel cared for, confident, and empowered.
The Salon is currently under construction, but we are scheduled to open in August and will be launching our By Appointment services in September.
What You’ll Do
🤍 Perform scalp assessments and consultations 🤍 Provide scalp wellness treatments and therapies 🤍 Assist clients experiencing hair thinning and hair loss 🤍 Perform scalp-focused services such as exfoliation, hydration, massage, steaming, microneedling, LED/red light therapy, and restorative treatment protocols (within scope of practice) 🤍 Educate clients on scalp health, hair wellness, and home care routines 🤍 Collaborate with our wig and restorative hair team to create comprehensive client care plans 🤍 Participate in social media content creation, education, and brand storytelling
Qualifications
- Active Alabama Esthetics License
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional references
- Positive, uplifting, and compassionate attitude
- Passion for wellness and helping others
Highly Encouraged - Trichology education or certification
- Experience with scalp health and hair-loss clients
- Knowledge of hair growth cycles and common hair-loss disorders
- Microneedling, LED therapy, or advanced skincare certifications
Additional training will be available for the right candidate.

This is a part-time position with hourly compensation plus commission opportunities and room for growth as the business expands.
