Blow-dry the hair using a medium-sized round brush, creating volume and loose, smooth curls.

Taking a medium barreled curling iron, take two inch sections in a brick layer fashion, securing each section with a clip and keeping in mind the client’s natural part and direction of movement.

Once the set is complete and the hair is secure with volume and curl, find the natural part and section out the front from the apex of the head to just behind the ears.

Backcomb and smooth the area through the crown to create lift.

Smooth out the sides and pull back, securing all of the hair loosely into a low pony tail.

To create volume and texture throughout the curled ends, gently lace through the pony tail section. Then secure all the hair with another clear rubber band, leaving the ends out.

Loosen and manipulate the hair into the desired look, then finish with Invisible Control for soft control and hold.
