Using random diagonal slices, balayage the entire head with Formula A. Begin in the front to achieve lighter sections that frame the face. After application is complete, let process—remember, with an end goal of copper, you only need to lift the hair to a Level 7 or 8.

Rinse and apply Formula B from the roots to the midshafts and Formula C from the midshafts to the ends.
