Alexander started by cutting the hair, using a razor in diagonal sections to create round graduation underneath the parietal ridge.

On the top, he continued to create round graduation behind the apex, then over-directed the sections to a stationary guide starting above the ear on each side.

He layered the top with a flat layering technique, over-directing to the apex while elevating the hair straight up from the head. He dried the hair and detailed the shape and texture using shears.

For the color, Alexander applied Formula A in foils to the midlengths and processed for 30 minutes, then applied Formula B to the roots and processed for 45 minutes.

In the first appointment, he lifted the hair to a Level 9 and applied Formula C.

One month later, Alexander re-lightened the base and lifted the ends to a Level 10 with Formula D, processing for 25 minutes.

Then, he colored the roots, ½-inch out with Formula C, and applied Formula E to the midlengths and ends, processing for 15 minutes.

After each lightening service, he used Olaplex No.2 for 10 minutes.
