Section the hair into three sections, leaving the back area out.

Using clippers with a #2 guard, cut the back of hair from the occipital bone to the nape, leaving out about 2 inches of hair.

Take the sides down from the middle of the eyebrow to the ear (the cut should resemble a fauxhawk).

Cut the sides, back and top with shears to make sure hair is softly layered—remember to keep the side burns and back soft and wispy.

Apply Formula A from the nape to the crown, and process for 20 minutes.

Rinse and shampoo with Oligo Professionnel Blacklight Blue Shampoo.

Tone using Formula B, and process for 20 minutes.

Finger wave using Nairobi Foam Wrap Lotion, waving the sides and back.

Comb the hair forward and let dry completely. Once hair is dry, apply a quarter-sized amount of Sebastian Dark Oil.
