    On towel-dried hair, apply Fuel Sea Salt Mist generously from roots to ends.

    Rough-dry with your hands, lifting at the root to help create volume.  Smooth the ends only with a large round brush, leaving the texture created from the Sea Salt Mist.

    Spray Fuel Foundation Hair Spray on each section to help create hold and add heat protection.  Free hand sections and alternate using two different sized curling irons to create strong texture patterns.

    Pin each curl, allowing to cool and set.

    Remove the pins, releasing the curls to fall naturally. Softly work your fingers through the waves from roots to ends.

    Finish with Fuel Lock-In Hair Spray to keep waves locked and loaded.
