Divide the hair into three sections and start curling using a 25mm iron, wrapping strands away from the face and toward the back of the head.

Curl the front sections in alternating directions, always curling the face-framing pieces away from the face.

Carve out a triangle section behind the ear and backcomb. Then, scrunch this section (like an accordion) into the nape of the head to create your base. Spray with Strong Hold amika Hairspray.

Run your fingers through the rest of the curls to break them up and spray with amika Undone Texture Spray.

Starting with the section on the least dominant side, bring hair toward the base, collapsing it like an accordion and pinning it to the base with long hair pins.
