Foil the whole head by weaving in large chunks of hair with Blondor or Koleston Perfect.
The hair that is left out in-between the foils must be the same amount of hair that is inside of the foils.
Complete all foils in this manner.

After foiling is complete, mist the hair that is outside of the foils with water.
Using your Tondeo razor, cut all of the hair that has been left out of the foil about one inch shorter.
- 3Step 3 of 5
After cutting each section, apply the darkest tint to all the hair left out of the foils on the scalp through ends. This color can be Koleston Perfect or Color Touch.
- 4Step 4 of 5
After processing the color, rinse and tone the pre-lightened hair to desired color.
