Section a wide triangle section for the fringe and cut a straight line at desired length.

Section off the hair from the crown to nape then take diagonal sections above the nape line.

Comb the hair down with no tension and head slightly forward. Cut the line starting in the center and working towards the sides.

Continue working up the head until you reach the top of the ear.

Take a section from the back through to the side and cut line from back to sides. Repeat on the opposite side.

Create open panels by slicing through the top layer

Apply Velvet Amplifier to damp hair. Then distribute Flowing Form Smoothing Balm from roots to ends. Blow-dry with a flat brush. Flat-iron hair and use Thermal Image Heat Protection Spray. Lift the back section away from the nape and spray Dynamic Fix 45 Second Crafting Spray.

Apply Velvet Amplifier to damp hair. Blow-dry the hair with Extra Volume Styling Mousse with a round brush. Spray Thermal Image Heat Protection Spray section by section and create waves with large curling iron by pressing the iron in place for a few seconds then move downwards. Use Mirror Polish Shine Serum for added shine. Spray Stay Firm Finishing Spray to hold style in place.
