The Evening Before
We colored our models hair using Sexy Hair’s new Demi-Permanent Color line, Liquid Art. We used 9CR Spun Gold (light copper red blonde) in foils to tone her highlights, and 8G Honey Milk (medium golden brown) with 6N Oakwood Brown (dark natural brown) was used all over. The morning set was based on Ingénue, the latest addition to Michael O’Rourke’s Hair Art collection.Step 1:
We shampooed our model using Healthy Sexy Hair SoyMilk Shampoo and conditioned with Healthy Sexy Hair SoyMilk Conditioner. Healthy Sexy Hair Soy Smoothie Bodifying and Smoothing Lotion was then used during our blow dry to give lift, body and shine prior to the set.

Begin curling pattern using wide to narrow triangle sections around the hairline and pinning on base. - 4Step 4 of 11

Continue in the back in a bricklay pattern. - 8Step 8 of 11
At the nape of the neck, position curls towards the face. Let hair set for 15 minutes. - 9Step 9 of 11
Remove pins, flip head over, brush out to create volume and to combine curls.
To finish, shape hair with hands to desired style and use Healthy Sexy Hair Soya Want Full Hair to keep hair in place.

The hair was set by spraying Curly Sexy Hair 24/7 and then our ¾” Hot Rod Curl Converter was used to form the curl.
