Squeeze a pea-sized amount of URBAN SHOCK color into a mixing bowl and gradually mix in ER Emergency Repair Conditioner to sheer out the URBAN SHOCK until desired pastel shade is achieved.

Apply two slices of pastel URBAN SHOCK Color Craze, followed by a thin slice of vibrant URBAN SHOCK. Process for 15 minutes at room temperature or under a preheated dryer (allow for a 5-minute cool down).
