    Re-pigment her base to a rich, warm brown by applying Formula A. Then, rinse and blow-dry the hair.

    Apply Formula B over the orange base, taking pieces and melting the formula through to the ends. While that processes, balayage with Formula C to melt her dark base and brighten up any brassy pieces.

    At the bowl, rinse and apply Olaplex No.2. Shampoo, then tone with Formula D and process for 10 minutes. Trim her ends and reshape her layers to give her a textured lob.
