Step 1
Section out the fringe area, then divide the remaining hair into four quadrants and secure.Step 2
Starting in the temple area, take a ¼” vertical slice and lay on a foil. Apply Highlight Formula, starting at the mid-lengths and continuing to saturate to the ends. Fold and secure foil. Continue to take vertical sections, working just behind the ear area.Step 3
Foil the fringe area, using the same vertical sections, creating a pinwheel effect.
Tip: To create a more natural blinded result, take fine triangular sub-sections in the fringe area.Step 4
Process at room temperature to Level 7 (Medium Blonde), or until you achieve desired lightness, for up to a maximum of 50 minutes. Rinse, then shampoo with Color Extend. Dry the hair.Step 5
Apply the Glaze Formula to Zone 1, then immediately apply to Zones 2 and 3 (mid-shaft and ends). Process for 20 minutes at room temperature. Rinse, then shampoo with Color Extend. Follow with a Redken Chemistry Color Extend Shot Phase. Process for 5 minutes and spray with Shot Phix 3.5 pHix pHase sealer. Rinse and condition with Color Extend.
